Order Cancellation / Return or Exchange of Products

Order Cancellations:

An Order Cancellation can be requested only if the products are not shipped from the warehouse (after placing the order). Please send us an email on craftcoloursindia@gmail.com or call us on our helpline number. We will issue store credits for orders that are successfully canceled.

Return Products:

Request a return request if:

The Product you received is damaged.

The Product you received is not what you have ordered for.

Please note:

email us at craftcoloursindia@gmail.com with photographs of the product within 24 hours of receiving

After an investigation by our customer care team, a decision will be taken by us.

Exchange: We do not exchange products.

Refunds: If the return is accepted after checking the details

its refund will be made with in 1 to 7 business days to your

source of payment.

Shipping:

INDIA: Free Shipping when online payment mode is chosen. 

OUTSIDE INDIA: Shipping charges are different for different products please see at checkout.

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon craftcolourindia.com’s shipment to the shipping carrier.
